In December 2016 COSMO President and CEO, Kumi Sato, travelled to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for the Lean In Summit 2016 where she give a presentation on her experiences as a woman navigating the Japanese business world. During her time there, she was interviewed by Astro Awani, a Malaysian news network, about how she worked to break the “glass ceiling” in Japan.
